U.M.G., Inc. & Fuji Medical Systems USA, Inc. Announce Distribution Agreement.

June 25, 2004 -- U.M.G., Inc. (United Marketing Group) of Harrison, NY, is pleased to announce that the company has recently signed a national distribution agreement with FUJIFILM Medical Systems USA, headquartered in Stamford, CT. Through the agreement U.M.G. will distribute Fuji’s medical films to all to all non-hospital clinical markets, including free standing offices, clinics, and imaging centers as well as to the veterinary and dental markets.

The agreement includes Fuji’s complete line of branded medical films for these markets, such as green and blue sensitive double emulsion films, and high resolution extremity, duplication and CRT films. Also included is the distribution of Fuji’s DryPix imagers and dry imaging film.

The uniqueness of this agreement is to provide branded Fuji medical film with customer service and distribution systems that support dealers. The goal is a seamless process with transparent pricing that represents value to both the dealer and customer.

“Fuji recognizes that imaging centers, free-standing clinics, and specialty markets have unique and specific imaging systems needs,” explained Jack Taggart, manager of the Professional Practice Group for Fuji. “So we look to distributors like U.M.G. who can with work with dealers closely with these facilities and help us to provide the best possible service and support for their operational needs.”
